Dear Residents,

For your convenience, the Board of Directors is providing you with these recently revised Rules and Regulations. Please keep this booklet, review it, and refer to it as the need arises.

These Rules and Regulations are an adjunct to the Land Use Covenants and the Declaration.

When we all cooperate, Windmill Harbour is a beautiful place to live.
