Monday-Saturday 10:00 am-5:00 pm
Sunday 1:00-6:00 pm
Limit to one open house per home per 30-day period.
No signs, balloons, etc. (No promotional, directional, informational,
advertising, or commercial lights, signs or ornaments, whether mobile
or fixed, may be erected or placed on property.)

Short-term Leasing: No dwelling unit may be rented or leased for a
period of less than six (6) consecutive months.
SC Yacht Club Membership and Reciprocity – Membership to the
South Carolina Yacht Club and access to their amenities are not
included in the Windmill Harbour POA fees. Please contact the South
Carolina Yacht Club at https://www.scyachtclub.com/.
Marina: The Marina is available to residents and non-residents. It
offers a 15. Acre yacht basing with a constant depth of 8 feet, a fuel
dock and pump-out facility. Slips are individually owned, and owners
are members of the POA and Marina Owner’s Asspociation (MOA).
Slips are available to rent on a transient and monthly basis. Contact
